About Us

About KGsuperstore

KGsuperstore is an Australian owned and operated online store, run from Melbourne by the team at KG Group (Aust) Pty Ltd. We stock more than 2,800 brands across the things Australian households actually buy — home and garden, bedding and linen, toys, beauty, craft, pet, tech and more.

Twenty years of getting orders out the door

We did not start with a website. We started on Australia's marketplaces, where you live or die on three things: having the stock you say you have, pricing it honestly, and shipping it when you said you would. Two decades of that teaches you more about retail than any shopfront ever could.

KGsuperstore is that experience in one place, without the marketplace sitting in the middle.

Brands you already know, at prices worth checking

We buy direct from Australian suppliers and distributors, which is why our pricing holds up against the big retailers on the same product. No parallel imports, no grey stock, no surprises about warranty — the brands we list are the brands we are supplied.

Our range moves constantly. If something is showing as in stock, it is on a shelf in our warehouse, not on a supplier's forecast.

Dispatched from our Heatherton warehouse

Orders are picked and dispatched from our Heatherton warehouse in Melbourne, generally within one business day. You will get tracking as soon as it leaves us, and you can follow it from our order tracking page without waiting on anybody.

Real people, in the same time zone

If something goes wrong, you are dealing with our own team in Melbourne — before and after the sale. Not an overseas call centre, and not a chatbot that cannot make a decision. Get in touch and a person will answer.
