Who you are dealing with

KGsuperstore is a trading name of KG Group (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 92 953 833 116, of Heatherton, Victoria, Australia. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the site or placing the order.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, not that we have accepted it — the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where an item is no longer available, where a price or description was wrong, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing, availability and errors

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Our catalogue is large and updates constantly, and despite our care an occasional price or description may be wrong. Where an error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we are not obliged to supply at the wrong price — we will contact you, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Those rights sit alongside, and are not limited by, our own Returns and Refund Policy.

Delivery

How we dispatch, who carries your order and how long it takes are set out in our Dispatch and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for errors or omissions. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that a product meets your requirements.
