Dispatch and Delivery

Everything you order from KGsuperstore is picked and dispatched from our own warehouse in Heatherton, Victoria. This page explains how long that takes and who carries it.

Where we ship

We ship Australia wide — every state and territory, including regional and remote addresses.

How quickly we dispatch

Orders have a 24 hour handling time. Place an order on a business day and it will normally be picked, packed and handed to the courier within one business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

How long delivery takes

Once your parcel leaves us, most metropolitan and regional addresses receive it in 2–7 business days. Remote areas take longer, and delivery times are set by the carrier rather than by us.

Express shipping is available on eligible products and is selected at checkout, where you will see the options and costs that apply to your address before you pay.

Who delivers your order

• Australia Post — most parcels, including registered post and express shipping.
• Allied Express — larger and bulkier items that travel as courier freight.

Which carrier handles your order depends on its size and weight, and on your delivery address. You do not choose between them — we pick whichever gets it to you soonest.

Tracking your order

Orders are fully trackable, apart from a small number of standard-delivery products. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow it any time from our order tracking page.

If tracking has not updated for several days, it is usually the carrier's scanning rather than a lost parcel — but tell us and we will chase it for you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. Once an order is dispatched we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a re-delivery cost.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered and you do not have it, contact us as soon as you can and we will sort it out. See also our Returns and Refund Policy.
