Normally the bigger batteries are more expensive and often have less capacity than their thinner brother AA. This adapter makes from your AA battery a thick Size C Battery.
The benefits are great, you do not need extra batteries to buy, simply use your existing ones. And not forget, most battery Chargers can not charge C-Battery or mono-d batteries. With this adaptor, this problem is solved.
